Good luck with the fire, we also have a back boiler and a very early 90s fire which is gopping. Looked at replacing it and the only one we could find was about £800. As back boilers haven't been used for a while it's a very specialist market. For us we are waiting until the boiler dies and then will replace when a combi boiler goes in.
